Faculty Resources

The ATTE Faculty Resources pages are intended to provide an array of materials and resources for community college and high school faculty in advanced transportation technology, alternative fuels, and renewable energy. Professional development opportunities are outlined in our Professional Development section, links to technical education programs are included on our Industry Training page, and links to curriculum and technical materials are provided on our Online Resources page.

If you do not find the resources you need or have recommendations for additional ones please contact the ATTE Center Director.

Professional Development
A primary goal of the ATTE program is to ensure that faculty receives the ongoing technical training needed for them to appropriately provide vocational and career technical education programs. We accomplish this through three pathways:
  • Providing the training ourselves
  • Partnering with other organizations to provide training, and
  • Providing stipends to community college and high school vocational faculty within the San Diego and Imperial counties to facilitate their professional development.

For available professional development programs, please visit the ATTE Community Colleges website and program partners, such as the California Center for Sustainable Energy website.

If you are interested in a stipend, need additional information on professional development opportunities, or have suggestions on the development of new faculty courses, please contact the ATTE Center Director.
